Nursery contributed plant descriptions

More polite than it's sisters and brothers...Ringsabell Indigo Campanula is less aggressive but blooms impressive!! Large indigo blooms abound. Foliage is compact. Blooms from Spring to late Summer. Hummingbirds and butterflies love it!
Large, pendent, bluish purple bells on slender stems are produced in great profusion in late spring and summer. Flowers rise above the foliage to about 15 inches. Tidy, medium green foliage. Though this is a punctata/takesimana-type bellflower the Ringsabell cultivars do not spread like others of its type. Clumps will gradually get larger over time.
