Hoffmannia ghiesbreghtii a very odd plant with dark velvet reflective leaves. Each leaf has a brown to black coloration with small ripples. The petioles are square and the flowers are small and pink held under the foliage. Plants can stay small if trimmed making it a great plant for terrariums or if allowed to get large leaves can get 8 inches long and the plant can grow up to 3 feet tall or more. A very odd and not often seen plant in gardens or collections.
