Nursery contributed plant descriptions

?Miss Jill? is a reliable bloomer, with strong upright stems and 5-inch wide panicles, bearing chalky-white florets with lavender tubes and tiny amaranthine eyes. It has bloomed perfectly well for us in part shade. (I confess to being a little confused about the story of this cultivar ?is it a Phlox paniculata or Phlox x arendsii? Knowledgeable readers, I would appreciate being educated on this point!)
