Nursery contributed plant descriptions

Bears clusters of 1 1/2" long trumpets from the axils of dark green, needle-like leaves. The common name is somewhat misleading; it grows just fine in average, neutral to acid soil, although it doesn't mind moist soil. Ours is actually growing happily next to a very happy Daphne, known for disliking wet soil. Rare and unusual!
