Nursery contributed plant descriptions

Large, pointed, eye-catching pink flower bracts are like Elizabethan collars around mauve pin cushions. Great next to Hydrangea 'Limelight' or 'The Swan'. Blooming from spring to late August on 2 ft. stems, maxima can have a significant presence in the garden. Slowly colonizing. Minimum temperature: -20 °F
Intriguing thimbles of rose-pink held above pink bracts on this European carrot relative. Flowers are long lasting and the plants flexible for many light situations including full sun with even moisture. An excellent cut flower for long lasting bouquets.
A very unique color of soft pink. The bracts have a papery feel to the touch and are green on the outside. A profuse bloomer, and needless to say, great for bouquets.
