Nursery contributed plant descriptions

This succulent may be the most unique (and aptly-named) plant that we grow here at Little Prince! Just look at all those rusty-textured, spoon-shaped leaves growing from this upright, branching shrub. The underside of the ‘spoons’ are greyish-brown, while the tops are cinnamon-colored with felty hairs. Displays clusters of yellow, lantern-shaped flowers atop thin stalks. Grows tall in nature, but will remain compact in a pot. Kalanchoe are low maintenance, and require little water once established in a well-drained soil. Ideal in warm climate landscapes and container gardens, but is especially happy sitting on your windowsill as a houseplant. Protect your PRINCE OF PARADISE™ plant from frost!
Kalanchoe orgyalis is much-branched slow growing shrub that can reach up to 6 feet tall but is more often seen as a smaller plant. It has spathulate ovate leaves that fold upward from the middle and are a bronze to gray color on the underside while the top side is felted with fine cinnamon coloured hairs that eventually age to the same colour as the lower surface. In the late winter to early spring appear the bright yellow flowers in terminal clusters at the branch tips.
A distinctive member of the Crassulacea family native to Madagascar with upward folding ovate leaves flocked with brown hairs on the upper side, gray beneath. Winter blooms of soft yellow flowers. It grows slowly but will eventually reach a height of 4-6’. Pinch back for bushier plants, although it is nice to have it as a taller specimen, Hardy to 25 °F. shipping 4"
Large, copper colored leaves on a tall, thick stem. Will branch to form a nice specimen. Looks great in a pot with other blue succulents, such as our Aloe 'Blue Sky' or a blue agave.
