Nursery contributed plant descriptions

The name agastache comes from the Greek aga, or numerous, and stachys, an ear of grain, an apt name for this floriferous tribe. This new agastache has abundant spikes of indigo flowers that stand proudly above disease free dark green foliage. Lovely with pink coneflowers; its compact size makes it a natural for pots too. Fragrant minty foliage adds to its winning ways! Regular water. Well-drained, even sharply drained soils are best for reliable overwintering within its zone range, as is waiting until spring to cut back.
