A lovely and restrained buddleja, an Asian species growing in India to western China. This is a smallish butterfly bush, to 6-8' tall and wide, with matte green leaves, paler and bluish on the undersides, and stunning clusters of pale violet to blue flowers opening from purple buds in late summer to early fall.
