A lovely, variegated shrub to small tree, to 14' tall x 10-12' wide, this Chilean evergreen has small rounded leaves of green with wide, creamy white edging, with pink overtones especially in cold weather. The small, yellow flowers that appear that appear in late winter to early spring are followed by small, black fruit. A cheerful addition to the garden in sun to part shade with at least occasional summer water. Frost hardy in USDA zone 8.
