Codonanthe gracillis is a vine like plant in the gesneriad family. Usually growing as a hanging epiphyte or clinging to a tree. The leaves are small spear shaped and waxy with half inch white flowers. It will also produce orange fruit after flowering. Perfect for hanging pots terrariums or as a house plant.
A mounding canopy of graceful pendant stems with a cascading habit up to 6'. Small pointed waxy leaves produce numerous 5 petaled white bell shaped flowers with dark throat followed by showy orange berries. Likes high light and humidity. Native to South Brazil. Mininum temp. 50 degrees. Makes a lovely hanging basket.
