The crown jewel of hydrangea family Serrata. A diadem was an ornamental headband worn by Eastern monarchs as a badge of royalty, thus we call this lovely hydrangea the "crown jewel." This compact shrub is one of the most faithful blooming Serratas in the nursery. The delicate small blooms and serrated leaves hold up well to heat and sun.
