Delicate lavender and white blooms This has always been one of my favorite of the Aspera family with its dainty leaves but strong lacecap bloom. There is some dispute whether Kawakamii should be with the Villosa cultivars or it's own Aspera class. Leaves are slender like the Villosa but not as deep green. Bloom has more fertile fringe making it look more frilly than the Villosa. Stature and habit is similar to the Villosa in that it is more square in shape. You'll love this Aspera for the texture and unique color.
