Nursery contributed plant descriptions

1-2" green-eyed yellow outward facing daisies are held on loosely branching stems with quilted medium green foliage from spring to fall. A drought tolerant taprooted native perennial, Texas Greeneyes is found locally on sandy well-drained soils. The flower show of Texas Greeneyes is never a grandiose all-at-once cacophony of flowers but the continuous procession of flowers from spring to fall, rain or no, on established plants is impressive. Seemingly undaunted by deer and will even flower well under open pines.
