    Hibiscus syriacus Satin® Azurri Blue PP20563 is a broadleaf deciduous shrub or tree with green foliage. In fall and summer blue and purple flowers emerge. Attracts bees, butterflies and hummingbirds making it an excellent addition to pollinator gardens. Grows well with sun - mostly shade and even moisture - low water. Drought tolerant once established. Does well in acidic, alkaline, average, clay, rich and well-drained soil. A good option if you're seeking something pollution tolerant and seaside / salt tolerant.

The large bluish-purple single blooms with a dark maroon eye are born in profusion on this vigorous growing blue Althea. A tough and durable upright to vase shaped decidous flowering shrub, once established. The propagation of, and/or the sale of plant parts is prohibited without a license.The Rose of Sharon or Althea is an easily grown deciduous shrub that was a common pass along plant. This durable shrub is tolerant of a wide variety of soil types, is moderately drought tolerant once well established (though it will flower more with adequate moisture), and will provide many years of enjoyment with its procession of summer flowers.
