You can tell named in Boskoop, Holland. This intense golden yellow witch hazel has a heavy bloom in January-February. Said to have larger leaves than other witch hazels.
Boskoop may be the oldest Hamamelis in production. Flowers are butter yellow and fragrant. Late winter flowering.
