Nursery contributed plant descriptions

An uncommon selection of Rose of Montana, this is a beautiful climbing perennial which produces sprays of lacy white flowers all summer and fall. It dies to the ground in winter, but faithfully returns from the ground each spring. It is easy and fast growing, and is muchly treasured in old gardens in the south. It is drought-tolerant once established. On a recent trip to west Texas we saw a Coral Vine that must have had 50 or more butterflies on one plant! Rose of Montana is considered invasive in some regions, please check with your local county extension office before planting.
