Duranta erecta 'Alba' is a broadleaf evergreen perennial shrub with green foliage. In fall, spring and summer white flowers emerge followed by yellow fruit. Attracts bees, butterflies and hummingbirds making it an excellent addition to pollinator gardens. Grows well with sun - mostly shade and regular water. Does well in average and well-drained soil.
White Duranta is a semi erect plant with drooping branches and blooms of pure white which attract hummingbirds and butterflies. The sweetly scented blooms adorn the plant year round in the southern areas that are frost free. Prune occasionally to encourage rebloom.
Pure-white drooping flower clusters are borne spring to fall, followed by golden-yellow berries. Seemingly the hardiest of the Sky Flowers. Lightly fragrant.
