Hoya carnosa 'Compacta Regalis' is an evergreen cactus / succulent or vine with green, variegated and white foliage. In fall, spring and summer burgundy, cream and pink flowers emerge. Grows well with mostly sun - mostly shade and regular - low water. Drought tolerant once established. Prefers to be dry in winter. Does well in acidic, average, gritty and well-drained soil. A good option if you're seeking something heat tolerant, humidity tolerant and seaside / salt tolerant.

Unusual twisted foliage has white and green leaves. Easy care houseplant that tolerates direct sunlight. Pink waxy flowers with age.
Dark green curled fleshy foliage, edged in creamy white, is dense enough to appear as a living rope. Great for hanging baskets. From late spring to autumn, bears dense umbels up to 2-1/2 " across of 20 star-shaped, waxy, lightly scented flowers. Unusual.
The well-known, but not always available, variegated form of the "Hindu or Indian Rope" Hoya. Crinkled and wavey, yellow edged, green leaves with a rose-red color to new growth. (12" + rooted cuttings).
