This dense ground cover is heavy with small but significant fuchsia blooms all season, and wandering, wiry stems have pretty, tiny leaves. It's beautiful around the base of a potted plant that gets brought inside in the Northwest winter, or as a dense, floriferous ground cover that prevents weed growth in warmer climes. Tender.Minimum temperature: 30?F
SPANISH SHAW - PINKLADY DISSOTIS ROTUNDIFOLIA - TRAILING LASIANDRA - A spreading cascading plant hardy in zone 9-12. Rounded purplish green leaves on trailing red stems produce hairy red bracts that hold 2" magenta purple blooms spring thru summer. Likes sun to part shade, keep moderately moist. Grows 2-3" tall and spreads. A great everblooming ground cover in frost free areas. A underused plant that adds interest in mixed containers and baskets.
Deep fuschia-purple blooms are born along trailing stems with rounded bright green foliage. Makes a beautiful hanging basket, container plant, or ground cover. Very similar to Centrodenia floribunda but with more rounded leaves and a laxer growth habit.
