Cascabela thevetia is a broadleaf evergreen shrub with green foliage. In fall and summer yellow flowers emerge. Attracts bees making it an excellent addition to pollinator gardens. Grows well with sun - mostly sun and regular water. Does well in average and well-drained soil. A good option if you're seeking something seaside / salt tolerant.

Buttery yellow 1-1/2" funnel-shaped blooms are borne in summer and fall on this tropical evergreen small tree or large shrub with thin willow like shiny medium-green foliage. We saw a huge specimen in Galveston, Texas which was about 15 high and wide.
