    Epipactis thunbergii is a broadleaf deciduous perennial orchid with green foliage. In spring and summer magenta, orange and yellow flowers emerge. Grows well with mostly sun - mostly shade and even moisture - regular water. Does well in well-drained soil. A good option if you're seeking something verticillium wilt resistant.

    Epipactis thunbergii is a vigorous terrestrial orchid from Japan and the colder parts of northeastern Asia that thrives in moist but well-drained soils in light shade or morning sun. Showy orange-yellow flowers with pink markings in summer on two foot tall plants. A good streamside plant and easy when established. Forms large colonies when settled in.
