Epimedium 'Kaguya Hime' is a broadleaf evergreen perennial groundcover with green foliage. In spring pink and purple flowers emerge. Spring sprays of wonderful burgundy and pink flowers float above 12” mounds of plum-mottled evergreen leaves on this E. acuminatum x E. dolichostemon hybrid created by chance in Japan. This is fairly vigorous and easy to grow in bright shade. We feel this baby has the most desirable coloring of any of the Epi varieties on the new growth. Flowers are beautiful… but the foliage is divine!
