In spring plants are covered with angular sprays of teenyweeny yellow flowers that are both striking and sculptural in the garden. Tolerates dry summer conditions once established, requiring little summer water in full sun and gritty soil that drains well. Frost hardy to -20 °F, USDA zone 5.
