Nursery contributed plant descriptions

About as dwarf as they come, this makes a chubby little tuffet of a plant, generously crowned with large pure white pips with a light fragrance. Great for edging a deep perennial or phlox border, or popped around an island bed. Try it in masses to create dense sheets of white in the garden, as it is short enough to look over, though I have found it regularly exceeds the claims of 12-18” height, when grown in a border. Mildew resistance is fair. From the Netherlands, and part of the Flame Series from Bartels.
Compact to only 12-18"tall with large (to 10 flowering branches each!) white flower clusters ; NO mildew!... now, if you have a large garden, a small plot or a deck with pots you can enjoy the beauty, fragrance of Phlox. S/M
