Nursery contributed plant descriptions

Ink-lined flowers reign regally over this slim stemmed & twiggy shrublet like masses of Victorian butterflies. Unassuming out of bloom, with minute leaves & twiggy little stems, the size & number of blooms that appear in May & June will overwhelm both you & the plant on which they arise from. Every one of its many 1" heart shaped flowers is delicately incised with beautiful maroon veins. Exquisite! Place it in a sunny site with a well draining soil for maximum happiness. Perhaps a pot? Small to start (2-5 gallons) will protect it from excessive wet. Grows to 2.5' high & wide. Stress deciduous during drought, this unusual Pelargonium hails from South Africa.
