Geum 'Borisii' is a broadleaf evergreen perennial with green foliage. In spring and summer orange flowers emerge. Attracts bees and butterflies making it an excellent addition to pollinator gardens. This low maintenance lovely forms low clumps (1' tall x 1' wide) of handsome, tight, kidney shaped, evergreen foliage topped by short, branching stems of single, bright orange-red, _" blooms with prominent yellow stamens. Blooms Spring thru late Summer. Nice at the front of border & in rock gardens. Not fussy about soil - ordinary garden soil will do. Native to Northern Turkey & the Balkans.
