Nursery contributed plant descriptions

Dependable, disease resistant & delicious 'Cobra' is a giver. Generous yields of round-podded, straight & stringless 7" beans are produced in profusion thru Fall with regular harvesting. Charming violet flowers make it a welcome addition to any cottage garden, too!? Climbs to 6-8' & will need a pole or a trellis for support. Snip off tips when it reaches 6' tall for easier picking. Compared to bush types, pole beans produce beans over a much longer period & will keep producing as long as you keep harvesting beans.
