A small, low growing Epimedium with pretty white flowers in spring. Forms an evergreen ground cover with dark green spiny foliage.  Grows just 6" tall and spreads to 20" wide.  Drought tolerant.  Partial to full shade, moderate to low water- do not over-water.
A small growing epimedium with pretty white flowers. So far our plant is fairly open growing, but still attractive.
Low, creeping mound of small, round leaflets with spiny margins. Near white flowers with light lavender spurs. Very drought tolerant once established & excellent ground cover. Plant in 3/4 sun to nearly full shade. 4” to 6” tall. Zones 5-9. Evergreen.
A new species only recently described with nice evergreen foliage and a rhizomatous creeping habit, flowers are reasonably large with lilac inner sepals surrounded by much longer white spurs suffused and streaked pink at the base. ZONE 5
Although the blooms are pretty, there aren't too many of them but the foliage makes more than up for it; dark green and heavily toothed, almost like holly. Being spreading, drought tolerant and evergreen, this is a first rate ground cover plant.
