This little shrub will get 12'x12' and has interesting whip -cord stems that have white segments between the green leaves. The white flowers appear in June. A fun plant for full sun.
A most unusual evergreen plant from New Zealand, found in front of Sam's house in Hobbiton. The stems are made up of leathery, scale-like diamond-shaped leaves; dark green with woolly undersides. When mature, creamy-yellow button-flowers are born in early summer. Needs a well drained soil; best in a rock garden setting or trough.
Slow growing ‘Coral Shrub’ looks like it belongs in a coral garden! Forms a 1’ tall and 2’wide cushion with upright stems wrapped in silver scale leaves...a nice specimen from New Zealand. Enjoys well drained soil, sun to part shade and moderate water. Sometimes has tiny yellow flowers at branch tips but form and texture are its best assets! Love it solo in a great pot!
