Nursery contributed plant descriptions

We had this lovely silk tassel several years ago. We lost our original plant our friend Dee Grissel had planted one. It's now 8' tall. So we took cuttings a year ago. All rooted. The tassels are maroon red and green like a candy cane. A very pretty plant.
