Nursery contributed plant descriptions

Known for its unusual arching shape and a reputation for freely producing its bright white yellow-centered flowers, this 6' mounding shrub can also re-sprout from the base... a useful habit; C. hirsutus x monspeliensis. S/M-D/GDr
This Rock Rose is a hybrid of Cistus monspeliensis x C. inflatus and is exceptionally floriferous with lots of white flowers set off by the button of yellow anthers. Well worth growing in a lean, dry site in full sun and can easily take hot reflected heat. An arching habit, this will be twice as wide as tall. Deer hate it.
