Pleated, almost circular green leaves on a small upright Siebold Maple. Fall colors are similar to the species - fantastic orange and red.
Acer sieboldianum ‘Mikasa yama’ — 20’. Formerly offered as an Acer japonicum cultivar this small tree has lovely foliage. Rounded leaves cut half way to the leaf base, silvery yellow green in spring and yellow, sometimes tinged with red in the fall. Similar to, but more refined than A. s. ‘Kinugasa yama’.
