Nursery contributed plant descriptions

Immense flower clusters of a rich glowing deep-magenta are produced over much of the summer on 2-3' compact stems, requiring no stalking! Hummingbird and butterfly attracting blooms are mildew-resistant; gorgeous and fragrant in the border or vase. S/M
A wonderful color, one of the very darkest of the purples, with florets of a solid rich deep plum. Interestingly, the deepest color appears to show only on well-established plants, and may not be evident the first year or two -- but it's well worth the wait!
