    Nursery contributed plant descriptions

An absolute gem for narrow spaces or for lining a drive, this very narrow, columnar form of Ginkgo reaches 30-45' and only 9-12' wide. Featuring short branches adorned with the lovely lobed leaves which emerge a soft pale-green in spring before deepening to jade and finally turning a deep golden-yellow in autumn. This is a male clone, so no messy fruit. S/M
