Cityline Berlin is a pretty Hydrangea with clear pink flowers in alkaline soils developing shades of light blue and lavender-pink acidic soils. It also has the largest flowers of the series. The Cityline Series are dwarf shrubs growing three feet tall and wide requiring no pruning. It is best if you don't as they only bloom on old wood. They are perfect for small spaces and even a large pot.
