Nursery contributed plant descriptions

Seldom offered, this superb shrub excellent at all times of the year. In spring as the leaves are coming out the white urn shaped flowers totally cover the plant for 2-3 weeks. In fall the small foliage turns brilliant crimson. Our plant is 40+ years old and is 4' x 4'.
Masses of small urn-shaped white bells appear just before leaves. Very slow-growing to 6' with interesting contorted growth. Exceptional scarlet/orange fall color.
