Nursery contributed plant descriptions

?Unlike most heracleifolia type clematis, Katherine's Amethyst grows just a foot high! It also has very dense foliage and the clump of stems tends to spread making this a good candidate for ground cover use! It's also well suited to a little spot at the front of a perennial bed and has been grown very successfully in mixed containers. Prefers ample moisture and good drainage. Named for one of Dan's daughters.
