Nursery contributed plant descriptions

I grew up in a family of plant lovers and gardeners. For decades I've known that we had a "family vine" and felt remiss being in the business of growing vines and never having seen it. Two years ago, my Aunt Barbara was kind enough to send me some stems. We rooted some cuttings of it and grew them out. It has turned out to be a very pretty honeysuckle with glowing orange-red flowers over nice, clean foliage. I've named it for the family farm outside Baltimore where my grandmother grew up. It was found there in a fencerow. Prune as desired.
