Nursery contributed plant descriptions

Gipsy Queen is a hybrid with Jackmanii in its heritage and shares many of the excellent traits of the parent. Rich purple 5 to 7 inch blooms cover this fine vine from mid summer to fall. The contrasting white filaments and deep red anthers make it a great choice for pairing with New Dawn Climbing Rose.
A very unique form with sharply tapered sepals, the red stamens stand out against the velvety surface of deep violet purple. Flowers are 4-6" in diameter. [Group B, June - September, 9-12']
