A brilliant everblooming daylily, this one foot miniature clumper provides profuse bright-yellow, fragrant blooms with ruffled edges and golden throats. Unlike most daylilies, these keep blooming, from May until October! This is an awesome plant; great for mass plantings, containers or the border. S/M
Stella De Oro' is one of the most popular Daylily varieties because of its incredible blooming season which lasts from early to mid spring all the way until late October. Although other varieties might have slightly more interesting flowers, they are only displayed for 2-3 weeks out of the year which puts 'Stella De Oro' in the forefront as the best Daylily pick.
Daylilies are a clump forming perennial which grow in a wide variety of climates ranging from very cold to nearly tropical. They are also very tolerant of growing in poor or rocky soils in both sun or partial shade. And although drought tolerant, Daylilies are very happy in well watered landscapes as well. The leaves emerge from the ground in the spring and form grass-like clumps of lush foliage. Plants establish very quickly and flower heavily in their first year.

Golden-yellow flowers, continuous blooming.
A carefree, dwarf daylily that reblooms into fall if spent blooms are removed. Forms neat compact clumps.
Stella d'Oro' is the original reblooming to everblooming daylily. If you see a mass planting of a dwarf, golden yellow daylily it's probably good old Stella. Though she's not exciting, she's a doer. She's reliable, vigorous, easy to grow and will give you colour all summer long. She's also fragrant. Photo courtesy of Walters Gardens.
Simply the most popular free blooming daylily ever. The #1 plant for landscape use but far surpassed by 'August Orange' in terms of sheer flower production. ZONE 4
Gold flowers with a very small green throat are fragrant and offer extended blooms. Only 11" tall in early to mid season. The most praised and publicized daylily ever. Awards: Award of Garden Merit from the Royal Horticultural Society, Stout Silver Medal 1985. Recommended by: Ohio Plant Selection Committee, & the United States National Arboretum.
