Black September' is a superior black currant variety. Firm, large berries are sweet and mild in flavor, with the wonderful taste and distinctive black currant aroma. Much higher in Vitamin C than oranges. A very hardy and disease resistant, upright growing bush.
An old favorite cultivar, but uneven ripening.
