Nursery contributed plant descriptions

The pink star magnolia has only 10-15 tepals. The pink flowers start out fairly dark and fade as they age. We haven’t had this plant for many years.
Somewhat larger than Jane Platt, this pink flowering stellata is a marvelous show in early spring.
