Nursery contributed plant descriptions

This dwarf red "witches'-broom" forms a small (4-5') globe with tiny leaves that emerge an attractive pink before turning to a non-fading (even in shade) rich purple-red ; then brilliant scarlet in fall. S-PSh/Med
Also known as 'Carlis Corner'. Very small leaves emerge a bright pink-red maturing purple-red throughout the growing season. Leaves turn scarlet in the fall. The trees we have are full and gorgeous!
The word is that Carli's Corner is the same as Mary Catherine; therefore it is a true red dwarf with small leaves that hold color well in the sun; as a matter of fact this plant might be a little sturdier than Shaina and some of the others, but who knows.
