Nursery contributed plant descriptions

Bigleaf maples are already famous for their outsized leaves, but this very special and uncommon tree (or in this case sometimes a large shrub) has even more interest with its wonderful 6-8" leaves which are deeply cut into 3-5 lacy leaflets, the autumn color is just as attractive and buttery-yellow as the species . S-PSh/M-W
A cutleaf NW native maple, this tree will get too large for all but the most expansive gardens. Zone 6.
