Another favorite of mine, 'Red Frogs' has hugh red cones that lie on the ground, hence the name. They don't really look like frogs, they have elongate cones that are strikingly red with typical Zingiber foliage. These look spectacular in a large container with black stone for mulch, creating contrast for the low lying cones.
