This is a beautiful variegated and striated Guadua. Very rare, it was introduced to the U.S. in 2004. The striated culms are very light yellow with some green stripes and the leaves are highly and starkly variegated in green and white. Mature size in Texas has not been determined yet. Collector's must have this one.
