This ?Bourbon? was a Victorian favorite and is one of the most reliably recurrent-flowering of the Old Roses producing its richly fragrant flowers of a lovely warm pink over much of the summer on a compact 5' shrub. S/M
Warm pink, softly shaded with lilac. (Bourbon) One of the best repeat flowering Old Roses. Full, perfectly formed, cupped flowers are produced with great regularity through to the end of the season. Warm pink, shaded with lilac. Strong, bushy growth. Excellent as a large shrub or climber. Very strong perfume. Height 5 ft x 4ft. or 8ft. as a climber. (Margottin 1851)
