Nursery contributed plant descriptions

One of the most beautiful English Roses (D.Austin), this rounded 4-5' shrub produces sprays of perfectly cupped ; strongly fragrant flowers of blush-pink... exquisite... "a near perfect rose". Sun-Psh/Med
English Musk. Clear pink at the center, almost white at the edges. Approximately 70 petals. Repeat flowering. A flower of delicate shell-like beauty. With medium-sized blooms of perfect, cupped formation. They are a very soft, clear pink at the center, while the outer petals are almost white. It is strong, bushy and very hardy with excellent repeat-flowering properties. The steams are almost thornless and it will grow into a shapely, well-rounded shrub that may need summer pruning to help maintain its shape to the end of the season. Will form a very good crop of hips if not dead headed. Equally good as a climber. It has a beautiful fragrance, with overtones of fruit, honey and carnation on a myrrh background. Height 5 ft x 4 ft. or as a 7 ft. climber. (David Austin 1984, Ausblush). Medium, cupped flowers. 70 petals. Almost thornless.
