Nursery contributed plant descriptions

Old Rose Hybrid. Pure rose pink. Approximately 120 petals. Repeat flowering. A very tough and particularly healthy variety that bears medium sized flowers of the most perfect formation and of the purest rose pink. It is certainly one of the most free flowering of all varieties in this catalog and will, after two or three years in the garden, form a rounded shrub absolutely covered in blooms. Deadhead regularly for the best performance. As a hedge it would be superb, but is also worthy of a prime spot in a border. There is a strong Old Rose fragrance. Named for the Royal Horticultural Society (R.H.S.) Garden in Yorkshire in the UK. 4 ft. x 3 ft. (David Austin 2004, Aushouse). Medium sized flowers. 120 petals.
