Nursery contributed plant descriptions

Perfectly-formed, full-petalled flowers up to 4"across of glowing rose-pink ; rich Damask fragrance make this 6'David Austin rose a summer treat to look forward to; prune after each bloom to encourage re-bloom. Sun/Med
Old Rose Hybrid. Rich glowing pink. Approximately 80 petals. Repeat flowering. The flowers of this rose open from perfect little scrolled buds into the most beautiful, large, rosette-shaped flowers of a rich glowing pink. The growth is upright and vigorous and in every way reliable. It is superb as a shrub or a climber, although to maintain it as a shrub it may well need summer pruning. Winter hardiness is very good. In hotter areas it can be rather over vigorous. Winner of the prestigous James Mason award in 2002. A beautiful and well balanced Old Rose scent - the quintessential rose fragrance. One of the most strongly scented varieties available. Large, rosette-shaped flowers. 80 petals.
